Cube testing machine is used to  test the strength of concrete.

this machine is quite useful on field laboratories or mobile testing laboratories or vans which frequently change site or location. It is particularly useful where constant and consistent electric power is not available. The load is applied manually and observed on a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge has maximum load indicator which stand still even after the specimen under test crushes and has to be set to zero manually.

Our slump test apparatus are used for determining the consistency of freshly mixed concrete, where the maximum size of the aggregate does not exceed 38mm. Our apparatus consists of one slump cone with handles and foot pieces.

· One graduated steel rod 16mm dia x 600mm long, rounded at one end and graduated in mms, is also supplied.

 

 

It is used for Estimating the concrete strength and non destructive test on concrete.

Consists of a barrel in which is housed a hammer mass attached to an impact spring which slides on a guide bar. A plunger is attached to the guide bar which is pressed against the surface to be tested. As the piston is pressed against the surface to be tested, on reaching the compressive strength, the hammer mass is released and rebounds to a certain extent (according to the strength of the surface) which is indicated by a rider on a calibrated scale. A lock button fixed on the body of the hammer locks the rider in place and the rider can be recurred to zero position by using the same button. The equivalent compressive strength can be computed from the chart supplied. Each hammer is calibrated against at standard test hammer, and is suitable for specimen of compressive strengths 100 - 700 kg/cm. The instrument, complete with a grinding stone for polishing the test surface, is supplied in carrying case.

This gadget is used for measuring the moisture content of wood, concrete and either building material and measure upto an range of 35% of moisture content. This non destructive type testing equipment moisture measuring meter is meant for estimating compressive strength of concrete.

In this tray Mortar and concrete are mixed. Mixing of soil and mud into the mortar can be avoided by this tray.

We offer Non ISI cube mould, which are widely used for cube testing purpose and to find out the strength of concrete. These are available in ISI and non ISI standards as per clients’ specific requirements.

Test Sieves are used for sieving of aggregate, sand soil and cement etc. These sieves are manufactured as per various standards like ISS, BSS, ASTM, DIN etc. Sieves are made of Brass frame and G.I. frame of dia. 200mm, 300mm & 450mm. Normally Brass Sieves are manufactured in 200 cm dia and frame is spun brass, joint less. The Sieve cloth used is standard SS or phosphor bronze wire mesh. Lid and Receiver
