Tile Abrasion Testing Machine is extensively used for determining the resistance to wear for cement concrete flooring tiles. They are provided with a rotating disc, adjustable counter for automatically stopping the machine, a bracket to hold specimen and a counter balance lever to load the specimen. The abrasion of tiles is measured on a thickness gouge specifically made for this purpose.
The machine consists of a hollow cylinder mounted horizontally on a sturdy frame on ball bearings. There is an opening which can be closed with a dust tight cover to facilitate charging and discharging the drum with the material under test. A detachable shelf which extends throughout the inside length of the drum which catches the abrasive charge and does not allow it to fall on the cover. The drum is rotated by an electric motor through a heavy reduction gear at a speed of 30-33 r.p.m. A revolution counter is fitted to the frame. A tray is supplied for collection of the material at the end of the test. Complete with abrasive charges consisting of a set of twelve hardened steel balls, approximately 48mm dia. Suitable for operation on 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles, and A.C. supply.

Two jaws of manganese steel are provided in the jaw crusher. The moveable jaw produces two blows for every revolution thus reducing over sizing to a minimum. A combination of forward and downward and strokes with a rocking action exerts pressure on the coarse material, yet permits the finished material to pass through the jaws. A hopper is provided at the top for feeding materials. The smooth jaws ensure a uniform product and easy cleaning is possible.

Consists of M.S.Cylindrical container 150mm ±0.5mm dia x 130mm to 140mm high with base plate 200 to 230 cm.sq x 6mm thick. A plunger of 148mm ± 0.5mm dia x 100 to 115mm high. Aggregate Impact Tester
Our aggregate impact testers are used for determining the aggregate impact value. These instruments consist of a circular base with two vertical guides. Their hammer of weight 13.75 ±0.25 kg is raised to fall freely down the vertical guides and the height of fall is adjusted through 380 ± 5mm. FLAKINESS AND ELONGATION GUAGE
We provide flakiness index which helps in determining in flakiness index of the aggregate. The aggregate particles are to be flaky, if the thickness is less than the 0.6 of their normal size. Our complete assembly is chrome plated which includes frame with the sliding panel with accurate slots of standard width and length. It is fabricated in compliance with IS: 2386 standards and can be delivered on time.
We offer highly efficient elongation index, which helps in determining the elongation index of the aggregate. When the length is more than 1.8 of the normal size, then the aggregate particles are considered elongated. It also includes the hard wood base with the vertically mounted studs as per IS: 2386 specifications and can be easily customized in compliance with client requirement.
